E7 Building Services has been awarded the £16m contract to provide MEP works at Aston Martin F1’s new headquarters in Northamptonshire.
The company will be handling the full MEP design and build for the Silverstone facility.
It will incorporate MEP design alongside specialist research and development installation, such as BMS and EMS systems, specialist, local extract ventilation and photovoltaic gases systems.
The scheme will span 15,000 sq ft of facilities, including external specialist plant areas.
E7 will work alongside Mclaren Construction and Aston Martin F1 to complete the smart factory in Formula One, creating a structure which runs its information streams, monitoring systems and manufacturing processes via data in the cloud.
Works are in line for a May 2023 completion.
